Illinois Governor Bruce Rauner has proposed $100 million in budget cuts to Illinois' Medicaid program. These cuts would hurt the poorest of the poor and could throw many nursing home residents out of Illinois nursing homes, not to mention the loss of jobs from the nursing home closures.
